Team Building on the Water is designed for organizations to bring teams together through cooperative sport and focus on improving on areas of choice including, but not limited to, team cohesion, leadership, culture building, and diversity and inclusion.
Together, your team will spend two canoe paddling sessions in dragon boats and use the experience to work together and learn while having fun.
Through Brock University’s Centre for Sport Capacity, in partnership with the South Niagara Canoe Club (SNCC), we will bring your team to the world-renowned Welland International Flatwater Centre (WIFC) for a full day of fun and educational team building.
Team Building on the Water is fully customizable to fit your needs and identified workplace issues of focus, as well as adaptable to be accessible for those of all abilities.
