Brock Suites Residence Agreement

Students are required to have their own contents insurance, if you do not have insurance you will be automatically signed up for a plan at your expense. Learn more.

Each bedroom has a garbage can and a small blue recycling bin. Each suite and townhouse unit is provided with a kitchen garbage can and three large recycling bins (two blue and one grey). For Brock Suites, there are two recycling and garbage centres. Students must take their garbage and recycling out to these garbage/recycling centres.

The large blue dumpster is for garbage only, including organics. Recycling can be placed in the large blue totes on wheels.

Explore your meal plan options as a resident of Brock Suites. Meal plan is not mandatory however a great option for dining on campus. Badger Meal Plan information. 

All Brock University residences are smoke-free environments. When a student is found to have been smoking in residence, extra cleaning must be done to bring the environment back to a smoke-free state. Smoking is permitted outside at designated smoking areas which are outlined here.
