Brock Suites is for graduate or upper year students only. The suites will be operated from September 1 to the end of exams in April. Students wishing to stay on campus for the Spring/Summer Term can apply separately. Visit the Spring/Summer Housing page for more information.

Click here to to be directed to the HOUSING HUB and to begin your application. The application fee can be paid using a variety of ways and should NOT be paid through your student account. You will be prompted during the application process.

Brock Suites will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Students wishing to live together in a unit must submit their own application. If students wish to share a unit, they must indicate on their application the names of the other students with whom they wish to live. We recommend you submit your applications at the same time. We will match students as best as possible on the preferences in their application. Students may also apply on their own.

There are accessible suites in Gateway. Please indicate any accessibility needs on your application.

Fees are due and payable on a monthly basis. Fees will be charged to your Brock student account the month prior to the due date. For example, September fees will be charged at the beginning of August.

2026-2027 fees

Students with a Fall and Winter contract are eligible for reduced Spring/Summer pricing when they apply by March 1st.

Students who cancel their application to Brock Suites are subject to the schedule below.  Cancellation Requests can be submitted online through the Housing Hub in the Request Forms section.

Brock Suites Waitlist: If you are on the waitlist, your $500 application fee is refundable if we are unable to offer you a room or if you cancel your application before we offer you a room. If you cancel after receiving a room offer, whether you accept the room or not, your $500 is non-refundable.

As of September 1, 2026, students who cancel or withdraw are subject to the Early Withdrawal Policy. Under the Policy, students who withdraw from Brock Suites will owe fees for the month following the day that they cancel or check out of residence and they will forfeit the $500 application fee. A student is not considered to be checked out until they have returned their keys, the zippered mattress cover and signed their keycard with Housing Services.
