Open to third-year Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts Honours students enrolled in Dramatic Arts, Music and Visual Arts
The Medland and Green Inspiring Artists Bursary was established to assist students with a unique opportunity (travel, internship, training, masterclass) to support their thesis or capstone project in the 2025-26 academic year. Up to three awards are available, to a maximum of $5000.
Applicants must submit a brief proposal (up to 500 words) and budget describing the project to be undertaken and how it will benefit the capstone project. Selection is based on the excellence of the proposal, its direct impact on the capstone project, and demonstrated financial need.
Applicants must submit their proposal and budget by 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025 using this form. Applicants must also complete an application in OneApp to support the declaration of financial need.
Students are encouraged to attend the information session on Wednesday, Nov. 20 2024 at 3:30 p.m. in MWS 207 to learn more about the application process for this bursary, including tips on writing their proposal and preparing a budget.
