We are happy to announce Visa student access to the services of the Visa Art Stores for the coming semester has been approved by Brock Administration and will commence Monday, September 14th. Current students with studio fees remaining on account from previous years will be able to order materials for pickup at the MIWSFPA.

The service will work as follows:

~ students email us at VisaArtStores@brocku.ca to request the current Art Stores stock catalogue
~ Art Stores staff emails the student our current Art Stores stock catalogue
~ student replies with their order specifying items they want by catalogue number and quantity
~ Art Stores staff confirms items availability, packs order then delivers order to MWS151 for pickup
~ Art Stores staff emails student to confirm the order is available for pickup in MWS151

A note on Art Stores available stock:

Given that all materials purchased for the 2020 fall semester were disbursed to students in kit form this means that the standing inventory of the Art Stores consists only of what is left over from the 2019/2020 session. As such our shelves did not get topped up with anything new (and wont be until the resumption of normal studio-based operations). Availability of many items is quite limited.

Students picking up their orders need to remember the following:

~ they must enter the MWS151 via the main lobby (east end)
~ advise security that they are there to pick up art materials for a Visa course
~ bring a mask
~ have their Brock ID
~ NOTE: your permission to visit the MIWSFPA is limited only to access of MWS151. Students are not to enter any other part of the MIWSFPA facility.

Pickups are available on the following days in MWS151:

Mondays: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesdays: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 & 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Thursdays: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
