The Dobson Entrepreneurial Excellence Prize (DEEP) is funded by the John Dobson Foundation. This award of $5000 is designed to support a Brock University student participating in an entrepreneurship programming offered by the Brock LINC.

2025 DEEP Winner: Cole Bereskin – MosoPlay Games
The award was received at the inagural Brock Innovation Showcase in March 2025. As one of three finalists from the LINCubator program, Cole pitched his business, MosoPlay Games and was chosen for the 2025 DEEP award. MosoPlay Games is developing a free-to-play game that combines aspects of popular racing and fighting genres. MosoPlay Games co-founders are fourth-year GAME student Cole Bereskin and recent GAME graduate Alex Fischer.
2023 DEEP Winner: Milad Nourvand – CareCanada
The award was received at a Brock LINC Up! networking event in 2023. As one of the 2023 Navigate cohort members, and co-founder of CareCanada, Milad pitched his business. Milad was chosen for the 2023 DEEP award. CareCanada is a Canadian organization that focuses on improving healthcare access and quality.
