Dr. Lovepreet Kaur is the Investigations Manager at Brock University. She is a legal professional with extensive multidisciplinary experience in human rights, academic, investigations, research, policy development, and equity advising across public, academic, and legal sectors. 

Dr. Kaur is responsible for overseeing fair, timely, and trauma-informed investigations under the University’s Discrimination and Harassment Policy and the Sexual Violence Policy. She holds a Ph.D. in Law with a focus on human rights, gender studies and equity.

As Investigations Manager, Dr. Kaur is committed to procedural fairness, confidentiality, neutrality, and trauma-informed practices. Her approach ensures that all parties are treated with dignity and respect, and that their voices are heard and considered with care throughout the investigation process.
