The University is committed to transparency and accountability through freedom of information. The University will make Records available to the public with exceptions being limited and specific as outlined in the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Policy.

Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Policy

The University’s policy regarding the protection of privacy and the right of access to information is in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FIPPA”) and the Personal Health Information Protection Act (“PHIPA”).
