We understand that reaching out for help after experiencing gender-based and sexual violence can be incredibly challenging. The Human Rights and Equity Office and the Gender and Sexual Violence team stand with you as you embark on a journey of healing and empowerment. There is no right or wrong way to respond to an experience of gender-based or sexual violence. Review the information below to explore some options that are available to you.
