Case Manager Teams support students by reviewing documentation, recommending accommodation plans, and offering support if students encounter barriers in equitable access to learning.
SAS uses a Case Management model to support students. We understand that you may have questions or experience difficulties during your time at Brock, and we are here to help. Please reach out to our office to share updates and seek support.

Assistive Technologist and Learning Strategist
This service is offered by Case Manager referral only. Assistive Technologists/Learning Strategists may determine appropriate assistive technology based on accommodation recommendations, provide training and support for recommended software and devices and troubleshoot assistive technology issues.
Learning Strategists
This service is offered by Case Manager referral only. Learning strategists may work with students to identify learning strengths and areas of concerns, and develop skills and strategies for key academic areas including time management, organization, reading, writing, note taking, studying and test taking.
Student Services Coordinator
The Student Services Coordinator is available to provide additional support with your accommodations. During a drop-in appointment, you can review your accommodation plan, discuss SAS processes, gather resources, access accommodation letters, confirm exam arrangements, and receive guidance with OASIS training.
