The Centre pursues innovative, multi-disciplinary research and provides supervised community exercise programs to improve health and quality-of-life in older adults, cardiac patients, and individuals with spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and amputees.
Our mission is to promote health, prevent disease and work to help rehabilitate/reintegrate people by enhancing quality of life across the lifespan through exercise and activity.
