SeniorFit Online

Virtual exercise offers many of the same benefits as in-person exercise and can be achieved from the comfort of your own home!

SeniorFit Online provides adults 55+ with virtual group exercise classes using Zoom, offering a variety of class types that target important areas of physical health, such as muscle strength, cardiovascular, balance, and flexibility. Classes are designed and led by qualified instructors to ensure everyone can participate, regardless of mobility limitations and fitness level. To participate in this program members will need internet access and a computer or tablet that is compatible with Zoom.

In addition to the live virtual classes, members will gain access to a library of recorded classes which can be accessed at anytime. The class library can be found here (link). Please contact Mackenzie Regnerus for your password at mregnerus@brocku.ca.
