  • Discuss types and role of assessments in screening phase of process, including resume screening, reference and/or background checks
  • Describe resources available to ensure recruitment and selection compliance with legal and human rights guidelines 
  • Understand the importance of a positive candidate experience

  • Non-HR managers without access to HR in-house recruitment/HR resources or training,
  • Managers in a small-mid size company who don’t have an HR team
