Brock Conference Services offers comfortable and affordable accommodations in our well-appointed residences. Located just steps from campus amenities, our residences provide a convenient and comfortable stay for all guests. All residence buildings are air-conditioned and offer complimentary wireless internet access. Parking is included for guests staying overnight in residence.
Accommodation styles
Earp Residence, Residence 8, and Vallee Residence offer semi-private accommodations featuring a single bed, dresser, desk, and wardrobe in each bedroom.
A three- or four-piece washroom is shared between two adjoining bedrooms. This arrangement – two semi-private bedrooms connected by a shared washroom – is commonly referred to as a pod. With a maximum occupancy of two guests per pod, this setup is ideal for pairs traveling together.
Groups of 10 or more guests are encouraged to inquire about group bookings, which offer discounted per-guest rates. Please contact us for availability and pricing information.
Individual travelers and smaller groups of fewer than 10 guests can book accommodations online through Brock University Housing Services.
The Village residence offers townhouse units that sleep 5 guests each in 3 single bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A four-piece and two-piece washroom, kitchen, dining and lounge area complete the unit.
