The Brock University Conference Services team is located in Residence 8 at the North-East end of campus off of Glenridge Avenue.
For standard check-ins, enter off of Glenridge Avenue and take the first exit off the roundabout (Ray Woodfield Drive), following the signs that say “Conference Guest Check-In”. Guests can park temporarily in Lot 4A or B while checking-in at the Front Desk located in the lobby of Residence 8. A staff member will direct you to where you can park your vehicle for the duration of your stay.
Some Conference Groups may have special check-in instructions, so please consult with your group organizer for arrival and check-in information relevant to your conference.

Common Travel Routes
Take Highway 427 South from the airport and merge onto the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) toward Hamilton/Niagara. Continue following the QEW through Hamilton toward Niagara. Take the exit for Highway 406 South toward Thorold/Welland and follow it through St. Catharines. Exit at Sir Isaac Brock Way.
At the third set of traffic lights, turn right onto Glenridge Avenue. At the next intersection, turn left and enter Brock University’s campus. Take the first exit from the roundabout and park in Lot 4A or B.

From the airport, travel north to Lake Shore Boulevard West and follow it to connect with the Gardiner Expressway West. Continue on the Gardiner as it transitions into the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) toward Hamilton/Niagara. Follow the QEW through Hamilton toward Niagara and take the exit for Highway 406 South toward Thorold/Welland. Exit at Sir Isaac Brock Way.
At the third set of traffic lights, turn right onto Glenridge Avenue. At the next intersection, turn left and enter Brock University’s campus. Take the first exit from the roundabout and park in Lot 4A or B.

Depart the airport, heading east along Airport Road. Turn left onto Upper James Street, and head north. Merge onto the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway (The LINC) East. Follow The LINC until it becomes the Red Hill Valley Parkway South. At the end of the parkway, merge onto the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) toward Niagara. Continue on the QEW and take the exit for Highway 406 South toward Thorold/Welland. Exit at Sir Isaac Brock Way.
At the third set of traffic lights, turn right onto Glenridge Avenue. At the next intersection, turn left and enter Brock University’s campus. Take the first exit from the roundabout and park in Lot 4A or B.

From the airport, take NY-33 (Kensington Expressway), heading west. Use the two left lanes to take the Oak Street exit, and merge onto N Oak Street. Merge onto I-190 North via the ramp to the Peace Bridge/Niagara Falls. Use the two right lanes to take exit 9 for the Peace Bridge. Continue onto Peace Bridge (toll bridge, and entering Canada).
Continue straight, and onto the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) towards Hamilton/Toronto. Take exit 32 for Thorold Stone Road. Turn left, and head west along Thorold Stone Road. Continue onto Highway 58 (signs for Thorold/Highway 406). Take the 406 South/Sir Isaac Brock Way exit. Stay right, following signs for Sir Isaac Brock Way. Turn left onto Sir Isaac Brock Way.
At the second set of traffic lights, turn right onto Glenridge Avenue. At the next intersection, turn left and enter Brock University’s campus. Take the first exit from the roundabout and park in Lot 4A or B.

From Union Station, head south on York Street or Bay Street. Follow the signs to turn left and merge onto the Gardiner Expressway West. GO Transit
From Union Station, take a GO Transit commuter train on the Lakeshore West line toward Niagara Falls or Burlington GO/West Harbour GO/Confederation GO stations.
If traveling on the Lakeshore West line toward Niagara Falls: exit the train at St. Catharines GO Station. From the station, transfer to a local Niagara Region Transit (NRT) or GO Bus to Brock University, or continue by taxi or rideshare for a shorter trip to campus.
If traveling on the Lakeshore West line toward Burlington/West Harbour: exit the train at Burlington GO Station. Transfer to GO Bus route to St. Catharines or Niagara as directed by station staff or posted schedules. Once in St. Catharines, connect to local transit or rideshare to reach Brock University’s main campus.

VIA Rail
Travellers may take VIA Rail service on the Toronto–Niagara Falls corridor to the St. Catharines VIA Rail Station. Service typically operates between Toronto’s Union Station and Niagara Falls, with St. Catharines as an intermediate stop. From the station, transfer to a local Niagara Region Transit (NRT) or GO Bus to Brock University, or continue by taxi or rideshare for a shorter trip to campus.

Driving a Personal Vehicle
Getting around the area by car is convenient and flexible, with major routes and local attractions easily accessible from Brock University. Parking is included for overnight guests staying on campus, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay. If you’re visiting for the day, please visit our Visitor Parking page to learn about parking options available to you. Contact the Conference Services Office if you have any questions about daytime parking options, or with special requests. If you’re renting a vehicle, most major rental agencies operate nearby. Please be sure to follow campus parking signage, regulations and campus road signs during your visit.
Ride-Share Services
Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft operate throughout St. Catharines and the Niagara Region and are commonly used for short trips.
Taxi Services
Local taxi providers such as Central Taxi are available for travel within St. Catharines and neighbouring communities. Advance booking is recommended during peak periods.

Inter-City Bus and Rail
GO Transit and VIA Rail provide regional train connections to Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara Falls, and surrounding areas. Inter-city bus services such as FlixBus and Megabus and GO Transit operate from designated bus terminals within St. Catharines. Select inter-city bus routes serve Brock’s main bus loop.
