The Centre for Healthy Youth Development through Sport, in collaboration with Brock Sports and Recreation, is launching a new camp this summer, called Competitive Edge for youth athletes ages 11-15.
This camp aims to support youth athletes in strengthening mental performance through fun, engaging activities rooted in sports psychology. In this camp, kids will be taught how mindset and emotions shape their game and helping them build confidence for challenges in and out of sport. So if your child is looking to take their sport performance to the next level, this camp is for them!
