We ask that you wear a mask coming into the CareerZone space and while getting your headshot session started. Once seated for your headshots you can remove your mask.
Each session takes three (3) headshots and allows you to retake one photo if you choose. All three (3) headshots are then sent to you via email.
Ease of use is one of the best features of the Brock Headshot Booth. To begin a session, click the Start Session button on the touchscreen and enter a valid Brock email. A quick tutorial then walks you through how to pose and preps you for your headshots. Once you are ready, push the timer button (3- or 6-sec. options are available) and sit for your first headshot. Repeat the steps for the next two shots. Don’t worry if your eyes were closed or you weren’t set as you can re-take one shot during your session. Once complete, edit any of the photos on the touchscreen device or end your session. An email will be waiting with instructions on how to access your headshots.
To begin your session, you are required to enter your email. Once your headshots are done, you will receive an email with an access link to your photos in your Iris Booth account. You will be asked to provide a password to complete the set-up of your account where you can edit, delete, and download your headshots. These images are accessible to you for 1-year.
Each session takes approximately 5-minutes to complete (depending on if you choose to edit your headshots during your session). Note: During times of high traffic, we ask that you make any edits to your images following your session via your Iris Booth account.
Pre-set filters as well as teeth whitening, blemish removal and cropping are available during or following your headshot session.
We encourage you to dress for your profession and comfort level; solid colours work best. For additional tips, check out Quick Tips: Dress & Communication Etiquette and Dress for Success located in the Student Resources section of CareerZone.

Online networking platforms including LinkedIn are arguably becoming just as important as your resume when looking for a job. Adding a professional quality headshot to your profile increases your chances of getting noticed. In fact, LinkedIn claims profiles with professional headshots are viewed twenty-one (21) times more than profiles without images.
You are the owner of your own images and may delete and distribute them as you would like. Images are removed from your Iris Booth account after 1-year. Please refer to Brock’s Privacy Notice below and visit the following link, https://irisbooth.com/privacy-policy/ for more details.
