As a Peer Assistant and the President and Co-Founder of the Future Black Leaders Society, I am passionate about using my strengths and experiences to support and empower as many students as possible. Whether through leadership development, academic encouragement and planning, or promoting student well-being, I strive to help students achieve their personal and academic goals. My commitment to student success extends beyond my current role. I have contributed to the growth of the Brock University Ghanaian Student Association and also served as a BIPOC Residence Programming Assistant with Housing Services. These roles illustrate my dedication to supporting diverse student communities. Additionally, my M.A. research on the experiences of Black nursing students in Niagara, Ontario demonstrates my ongoing commitment to advancing equity, advocacy, and student success.
