Are you looking for a part-time job off-campus? Then this is the event for you. 

The Pen Centre is Niagara’s largest shopping mall featuring a wide range of retail and food services. It is only minutes from Brock University and a perfect location for part-time work. Find out what opportunities are out there for you by attending the Shop for Jobs Fair at the Pen Centre.

Career & Post Graduate Expo - What's Your Next Step?

Are you a new/recent graduate, or a student close to graduating and looking for a job?  Or, are you a first-year or second-year student who doesn’t know what you want to do after graduation? Come check out the eighth annual Career & Post Graduate Expo to learn about exciting opportunities waiting for you!

Career Services, Brock University will be hosting the eighth annual Career and Post-Graduate Expo on Tuesday, November 5th, from 11 a.m. until 3:00 p.m in the Ian D. Beddis Gymnasium, Walker Complex. There will be approximately 100 exhibitors representing post-graduate institutions, employers and non-profit organizations attending this trade-show style event.  Recruiters are eager to network and engage with Brock students, graduates and alumni. It’s a one stop shop for students, graduates and alumni to learn about full and part-time employment, post-graduate education, international opportunities, professional development and volunteer positions.

Spring Into Summer Job Fair

When: Tuesday, February 26th

Where: Gunersey Marketplace, Brock University

Time: 11:00 am until 2:00 pm

In the Market for a Job? The Spring Into Summer Job Fair will showcase employers hiring for full-time and summer job opportunities.  Opportunities available in HR, Financial Services, Hospitality, Recreation, Starting your own Business, etc.  Although a few particpating employers will ask you to apply online, others will be accepting resumes at the event.

The Spring Into Summer Job Fair is in partnership with Career Services, Brock University and the Business Education Council.

We’re very excited to provide you with the Career and Post-Graduate Expo Mobile Web Event App. This exciting new digital tool can be used prior to and during the Expo. This App enables you to pre-select which recruiting booths and sessions you would like to attend to create your own personalized itinerary. The Career & Post-Graduate Expo is quickly approaching and you are strongly encouraged to use the App to Register, review the exhibitor list, select information sessions that you would like to attend. The app will also provide you with Alerts; if any exhibitors are added or cancelled you will be alerted through the App, along with highlighting of prizes and giveaways on the day of.

Police Recruiting Showcase
When: January 22, 2013, 1 p.m - 4 p.m.

Where: Sean O'Sullivan Theatre

This event will give students the opportunity to meet face to face with a variety of Police Service Recruiters and representatives from the various police units. Last year the following police units attended:

  • Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P)
  • Niagara Regional Police Service
  • Hamilton Police Service
  • Peel Regional Police
  • Halton Regional Police Service
  • Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
  • ...and more!

Recruiters are looking to provide information to students and graduates and answer questions on recruitment related issues such as how to apply; examination procedures; required training; salary and benefits; and career opportunities within the different units such as Emergency Task Unit (SWAT), Major Crimes Unit, Canine Unit, Detective Office, and Underwater Search and Recovery.

This is a formal showcase, so students are advised to dress in no less than business-casual attire
