We create connection and growth for all women on their leadership journeys.
GOALS
Through knowledge sharing and engagement, WIL focuses on:
- building formal and informal leadership capacity,
- encouraging and empowering the next generation of potential women leaders,
- fostering a positive impact on Brock University and the wider community.
