The Ontario March of Dimes offers non-medical personal support to staff and students at Brock who have a permanent physical disability.

On-campus attendant services at Brock University

Services usually run from September until April (duration of the school year) and include assistance with rising, retiring, toileting, bathing, dressing, hair care, range of motion exercises, assistance with meals and laundry.

To receive these services, staff and students must first call Janet Galway at the Ontario March of Dimes to make a referral and receive an application package (905-687-8484 x253). Applications need to be received by May in order to secure service for September. Once the application is received by the Ontario March of Dimes, the program manager will arrange to meet with the individual(s) to do an eligibility assessment.

Please note that not everyone who applies will be eligible for service.
