Adult Education

These programs are designed for those working or aspiring to work in adult learning environments, including post-secondary contexts and training and development in public and private sectors, such as health care, human resources, business, community services and industry.

Specialists and practitioners in these contexts may continue their education with the BA in Adult Education (Hons.) as a first or subsequent degree, minor, certificate or micro-certificates, enhancing their knowledge and skills as educators of adults. Others may decide to pursue application for further graduate study in Adult Education upon completion of the BA in Adult Education (Hons.).

All Adult Education programs are offered with the choice of part-time or full-time study. All are completed entirely online, with no requirement to attend campus. Adult Education programs do not lead to an Ontario Certificate of Qualification for the K-12 education sector.
