Each September, Brock University’s Student Life and Success team partners with local municipal and regional organizations to welcome students to the Niagara community.

Together with community partners, staff visit student neighbourhoods to deliver Welcome Wagon tote bags to approximately 500 households. These tote bags are designed to help students transition to off-campus living by providing information on municipal by-laws, waste collection, local businesses, volunteering, the Good Neighbour Guide, and other helpful resources.

In addition to welcoming students, these visits offer an opportunity for staff to connect with long-term residents and share information about Off-Campus Living and Neighbourhood Relations services.
