Student Life Sponsorship Opportunities

Each year, the Student Life and Success team partners with local businesses and organizations to welcome students living off campus and help them feel at home in the Niagara community.

Through a variety of sponsorship opportunities, including the popular Welcome Wagon tote bags, the Brock Student Local Guide, monthly newsletters, and student events, your business can gain meaningful exposure while supporting student success.

Whether you’re looking to promote your services, build brand awareness, or connect directly with students, we offer flexible sponsorship options to fit your goals and budget.

Explore our sponsorship opportunities below and discover how your business can get involved:

$600 for a 6×4” full-page, full-colour advertisement.

Promote your business through Student Life’s monthly newsletters, including the Off-Campus Living newsletter, sent to approximately 2,000 students living off campus, and the Community Connections newsletter, sent to approximately 1,000 Brock student volunteers. Sponsorships are available from October to August on a first-come, first-served basis.

Student Life hosts events throughout the year that help students connect with Brock and the surrounding community, including monthly Society of Off-Campus (Brock SOCS) Community Dinners at local restaurants, the annual Brock Student Leadership Summit, and the annual Grape Stomp. Businesses interested in hosting, sponsoring, or supporting an event are invited to connect with us to explore options.

Each September, Student Life partners with local organizations to welcome students living off campus. As part of this initiative, staff and community partners visit student neighbourhoods to distribute Welcome Wagon bags to approximately 500 households. The goal of the Welcome Wagon is to connect students with local businesses, services, and resources that will support them throughout the academic year. Community businesses are invited to get involved by sponsoring the bags and including educational, promotional, or other helpful materials for students.
