NEW - Residence Application: Fall 2025

Submit your application for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. 

To begin a housing application visit the new HOUSING SERVICES HUB.  New this year, the $500 application fee can be paid through a variety of ways and NOT through your student account.  You will be prompted during the application process.

Residence Application: Winter 2025

After submitting an online application for the 2024-2025 Academic Year for a Winter 2025 (January) start, please make an application fee payment of $600 onto your student account. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis as they are received. Room assignments will go out in early December.

Brock Suites Application: Winter 2025 (upper year and graduate students only)

Applications are open for Winter 2025. Submit your application for the 2024-2025 Academic Year and pay your $600 application fee (to your Brock student account) as spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Room assignments will be released in early December.

How to apply to residence for 2025/2026

  1. Click the link to apply for your preferred application period.
  2. Log in using your Brock username and password.
  3. Click “Housing Application” from the menu.
  4. Review information on Welcome page.
  5. Click “Start Application” at the bottom of the page when ready.
  6. Select your student type and the application period that you wish to apply for.
  7. Continue to update your personal details and other application information.
  8. To complete the application, you will be required to make payment online (a variety of payment methods are available).
  9. Once your payment has been processed, click “Submit” in order to complete your application.

How to apply to residence

  1. It is essential that your browser is set to enable pop-ups/cookies
  2. Go to my.brocku.ca
  3. Log in using your Brock username and password.
  4. Click the Applicant and Student Self Serve tab.
  5. Click Apply for Residence at the bottom right of the page.
  6. Select the application period that you wish to apply for
  7. Click on the link to update your personal details (not applicable for Spring Summer applications).  This must be done first.
  8. Once you have completed updating your personal details, you will be redirected back to the hub page where you can now complete the application.

Troubleshooting tips

There are a number of issues you may encounter that include browsers, cookies and/or the device you are on.  Please review the following trouble shooting steps.

  1. Open a browser in Incognito or Private mode.
  2. If you are using a mobile device use a laptop or desktop and try again.
  3. Clear the cookies and the history for the browser you are using.
  4. Try at least 2 browsers (clear cookies and history for each) since it may be an issue with that browser.

Students must login using their Campus ID, which is the six-digit letter and number combination (e.g. ab14cd).
