Winter 2026, Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 Co-op Work Terms
Brock Co-op operates a continuous hiring model. We offer you flexibility to post positions and conduct interviews at any time, except for BAcc students, who follow a set recruitment cycle for the winter work term only. Job offers should be extended through the Co-op Office, and students have 48 hours to accept or decline an offer once it has been made. The hiring timeline is below
| Co-op Work Terms | Hiring Timeline |
| Fall (September – December) | May – August |
| Winter (January – April) | September – December |
| Spring/Summer (May-August) | January – April |
Exclusively for Accounting students seeking a winter co-op placement
Rank and Match
Our Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) students follow the Rank and Match process for Winter hiring. In this process, employers rank students from 1-10+ and students rank them from 1-10+ in return. After the employers submit their rankings, students will then submit their rankings. When the ranking closes, the rankings of the employers are compared to the rankings provided by the student, and the lowest number will be used to determine job matches (i.e. 1+1+2). If both the student and the posting is open, the student will be matched to the position. If not, we will continue to look for the next lowest sum until the job is filled.
