Brock University students, staff, faculty and librarians can now download their 2025 tax season documents

Student tax forms

Tax forms available for students include the T2202 form (Tuition and Enrolment Certificate) and the T4A form (Scholarship, Bursary, Fellowship, Award or Prize Income Tax Slip).

Forms will not be mailed to students. Brock students can download and print their completed 2025 T2202 form and T4A form directly from the my.brocku.ca student self-serve portal:

• To access the T2202 form, log in to my.brocku.ca and go to the Student Self-Serve tab. Click on “Tax Certificates” to view or download the form as a PDF.
• Students who have received funds from a scholarship, award, bursary, prize or fellowship will receive a T4A income slip. To access it, log in to brocku.ca and go to the Student Self-Serve tab. Click on “Tax — T4A,” select the year and click on “GO” to view or download the tax slip as a PDF.

The University does not issue tax receipts for residence fees. Residences are on tax-exempt land; therefore, students are not charged taxes on residence fees. Learn more on the Residences at Brock website.

Employee tax form

Employees who earned an income from Brock University in 2025, including employees who are also students at the University, can download their T4 slip (Statement of Remuneration Paid) from Workday.

When retrieving T4s from Workday, it is always important to check to see if there is more than one T4 in Workday for the tax year as earnings may be paid under different Brock University payroll accounts. All T4s for a given year would be used when preparing tax filings.

For instructions on how to access T4 slips a job aid can be found on the Workday Help page under Direct Access and “Accessing T4 Slips.” Brock employees who are also students at the University will need to sign into their employee account to access Workday, not their student account.

It is important employees save a copy of their T4 in their personal files for future reference.

Employees with an active appointment in Workday who require assistance logging in to their Workday account are asked to refer to the ITS website or contact the ITS Help Desk.

Employees without an active appointment in Workday who had income earnings in 2025 will have their T4 slip mailed to their home address on record.
