How do I advertise a job opportunity to students/graduates? 

You can post full-time, part-time, summer job or volunteer job opportunities on the Career Services Job Posting Board. Employers must be registered with Career Services, CareerZone in order to post, revise or track job postings.
 
How do I arrange to come on campus to recruit students?
You may participate in Employer Showcases, Information Sessions, and career fairs on our campus. Please visit our Recruit at Brock page.

What programs offer co-operative education and who do I contact?
Co-op students are a perfect solution to addressing staffing issues related to temporary assignments or even long term selection of permanent hires. The proposed academic and work term sequence is designed to maximize the students’ ability to utilize their academic training to support our corporate partners' needs.

Who would I speak to about the graduates within a certain program?
You may contact Lisa Kuiper, Employer Development Coordinator at lkuiper@brocku.ca or by phone at 905-688-5550 Ext. 3376 to put you in touch with the appropriate person for that program.
 
Can Brock students still access job postings through Workopolis Campus?
Yes, Brock students have an access code for Workopolis to view job postings however, Brock students are encouraged to visit CareerZone for Events and Job Postings.
 
If I decide to hire a student, is there supplement funding available?
Supplemental funding may be available for employers hiring graduates for a full time position. Please check with your local HRSDC office.
 
Do you have opportunities for our company to sponsor student events/programs etc?
Yes, Career Services hosts a number of student events, services and programs that would benefit our student programming and increase your visibility on campus. For example our recruiting events have a number of sponsorship opportunities available. We can help you with Building Your Campus Brand.
 
Can we host our company link and logo on your Career Services Website?
Our team is proud to offer the opportunity to advertise your business on our website. We have our Employer Spotlight and our Employer of the Month services available to you. Please contact Lisa Kuiper, Employer Development/Events & Marketing Coordinator for more information
 
Are there fees associated with your recruiting events & services?
There are no fees associated with posting your opportunities however, there are fees associated with on campus visits in the form of, for tables in the hall (Showcases) , advertising, parking etc. We have highlighted our Fees for Services for you. How do I get directions to Brock University and where can I park once I arrive on campus?
Please visit the Travel to Brock section for more information.
All visitors to the campus may park in D Lot Visitors Parking at a rate of $6 per entry or park in metered parking at various locations throughout the campus. Please visit our Parking Services website for more information on parking locations and fees.
