This form is to be used by faculty, professional librarians, and students interested in serving on a Senate Committee.

The terms of reference for each of the Standing Committees of Senate are set out in Faculty Handbook 2:9.3 to 9.13.

Individuals may be nominated by themselves or someone else from their constituency.

Full-time teaching staff, including professional librarians, are eligible to serve on a committee. (Faculty Handbook 2: 3.3.1).

Students are eligible as representatives on a committee provided they should be able and likely to serve a full term (Faculty Handbook 2: 9.2.3).
