Chiropractic Care

Our chiropractic team specializes in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries in patients and athletes of all levels. Rooted in evidence based practice, chiropractic care focuses on restoring optimal movement, reducing pain, and enhancing athletic performance through a combination of manual therapies and rehabilative strategies.

Our chiropractors use current research, clinical expertise, patient preference and patient goals to guide care. Whether you’re managing an injury, optimizing movement, or striving for peak performance, chiropractic can be a key component of your sports medicine plan.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual form of healing which emphasizes the interrelationship between structure and function of the body. It uses manual ‘hands-on’ techniques to improve circulation and correct altered biomechanics, without the use of drugs. An osteopathic physician does not concentrate only on the problem area, but uses manual techniques to balance all the body systems, and to provide overall good health and wellbeing.

Physiotherapy

A Physiotherapist can provide comprehensive assessment and treatment programs focused on restoring function, enhancing performance and preventing injury. A tailored treatment plan ensures a smooth progression from early rehab to peak  performance.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the hands-on manipulation of soft body tissues (muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints) that helps to reduce pain, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall health and wellness.
