Entry point:

You can begin the full-time and part-time MBA program in September or January.  Part-time students may also begin in April.

Duration:

Course based – One to two years / 10-20 courses (depending on Advanced Standing) + optional 4-month co-op

*Accounting specialization: Course based – One to two years / 12 – 24 courses (depending on Advanced Standing) + optional 4-month co-op

 

Application deadline:

  • Applications from Canadian citizens and permanent residents:
    • Applications will be accepted until the program is full.
    • Applicants should apply as early as possible.
    • If you plan on applying after Aug. 1 for a fall start, or after Nov. 1 for a January start, please contact the Graduate Programs Office first.
  • Application deadlines for international students
    • Fall start: May 1
    • January start: Aug. 1

Admission requirements

  • MINIMUM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
    • Four-year bachelor’s degree in any field, must be considered equivalent to a Canadian 4 year bachelor’s degree and must be from an accredited institution.
      • B/75 per cent academic average in last two years of study (Canadian equivalent)
    • Minimum Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) score in the 52nd percentile in verbal and quantitative reasoning, or Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score in the 60th percentile in verbal and quantitative reasoning

      • *GMAT/GRE waivers will only be considered for students who have completed their bachelor’s or master's degree in Canada or the U.S. in the last seven years with an overall average of at least A-, without rounding (e.g. 80% Canadian or 3.67 US GPA), or who have successfully completed CFA Level 3. Waiver requests must be submitted through the Goodman Graduate Portal for approval.

      • Academic IELTS: 7.5
      • Pearson Test of English (Academic): 72
