Physics Professor Gavin Hester leads Brock research into Quantum Materials at the the Canadian Neutron and Positron Beam Laboratory (CNBL). Together with 16 Canadian universities, the CNBL recived a $13.4 million Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) grant  to build new research equipment and provide special access to some of the world’s best materials research facilities.
