  • Contract talks continue with CUPE 4207-1

Brock University continues to work towards a new collective agreement with CUPE 4207-1, which represents contract instructors, teaching assistants, course coordinators, marker-graders and lab demonstrators.

On Tuesday, Feb. 25, the University was advised that the union has asked the provincial conciliator to request a no-board report from the provincial Ministry of Labour. The University is focused on reaching an agreement that reflects the important work members of the bargaining unit perform, while respecting the current financial and fiscal realities facing the University and the broader public sector in Ontario.
