- Refine a compelling narrative of our global identity that highlights our global initiatives, achievements, and the transformative impact of internationalization.
- Leverage our unique geography to further develop our global reputation.
- Recognize international credentials, experiences, and academic achievements held by the Brock community, including alumni.
- Utilize diverse communication channels and platforms to ensure our story effectively resonates with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Integrate our promotion and coordination of campus-wide events to increase awareness and maximize engagement across the Brock community and beyond.

Internationalization is everyone’s responsibility. We value and celebrate the diverse and unique perspectives that international students bring, enriching our campus and regional communities. By embracing collaborative, coordinated, and creative efforts, we take a significant step towards nurturing a global mindset in everyone who walks across our campus.
WE WILL:
- Explore program frameworks and credentialing systems to ensure that international experiences are valued and integrated into students’ academic pathways.
- Bring together diverse leaders and practitioners from across campus to enhance collaboration, alignment, and efficiency in advancing internationalization initiatives.
- Proactively advocate for and communicate the value of international education, research collaboration, and global engagement.
- Support staff and faculty in enhancing their understanding of international students’ unique needs and challenges

- Sustainably diversify student recruitment efforts and open new markets by focusing on regions and demographic segments beyond traditional sources.
- Encourage and support students in exploring creative outbound mobility opportunities that align with their academic and professional aspirations.
- Maintain a strong, integrated focus on initiatives that offer immersive global experiences at home for the Brock community.
- Reinforce impactful partnerships with local organizations and community groups to create opportunities for international students to engage with the broader regional community.

- Collaborate with global research partners to generate, share, and apply knowledge, driving impactful solutions for global challenges.
- Enrich teaching, research, and institutional innovation by promoting faculty professional development through cross-cultural knowledge exchange, global networking, and international faculty engagement.
- Review course content to assess the integration of global perspectives and identify opportunities for infusing curriculum with cross-cultural competencies
- Advance the integration of course content aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to provide students with the opportunity to engage with global challenges, fostering a commitment to global citizenship and impact.
