In partnership with the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) and South Niagara Chambers of Commerce (SNCC), Brock University invites you to participate in a survey aimed at improving our understanding and supporting the talent and skills capacity and needs of business owners and employees in the Niagara region.

We know that the talent and skills pool will significantly affect the competitiveness, profitability and employment levels of industries in the Niagara region. The alignment of professional development and educational programs to support talent and skills development is therefore crucial but cannot be achieved without business and employee-level data and information. For this reason, the GNCC, SNCC and Brock have joined efforts in conducting this landmark study.

Your completion of the survey and feedback are important to helping us better understand local skills demands and the types of programs and supports most needed to serve employers and employees looking to upgrade their skills. By participating in this survey, not only are you contributing to the creation of better tailored programs and offerings that match the demands of the community, you are also helping the Niagara economy grow and prosper for future generations to come.

Please note that individual data information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared. Any sharing of the details of findings from the survey will only be in the aggregate form.
