If your tasting is approved all individual tasters must assess the wines using the CWL Wine Assessment Form. This will allow the CWL to disseminate the tasting results back to participating wineries. The CWL Wine Assessment Form will be emailed to the approved tasting group contact for distribution to the tasters prior to the tasting.

The CWL Wine Assessment form can be accessed using any electronic device, e.g. iphone, iPad, Android, laptop.  This is the preferred method to transmit your results, your results must be submitted at the conclusion of the tasting. If a taster does not have a device, it is up to the tasting organizer to print off the form for individual use, then transfer the individual’s notes into digital format and submit to the CWL Managing Director.

The CWL Wine Assessment form has been approved by Brock’s Research Ethics, no personal information will be shared.
