Wellness Hub

The Wellness Hub is a drop-in space where students can connect with trained peer staff to discuss health and wellbeing in a supportive, informal setting. It offers information and guidance on a wide range of topics, including mental health, nutrition, sleep, stress, sexual health, substance use and more. The Hub also hosts workshops and events designed to promote wellness and build community.

The Hub also offers workshops and events that promote wellness and build community, such as free student massages, therapy dog visits, safeTALK training, and wellness fairs. No appointment is needed– students can drop in during open hours or visit the Wellness Hub website.to learn more.
