Brock Suites is for graduate or upper year students only. The suites will be operated from September 1, 2025 to April 25, 2026, with the ability to extend the contract 4 months prior to start or at the end of the 8 month portion of the contract. Those extending their contracts at the outset will have their contracts starting on May 1, 2025 and those extending their contracts at the end will have their contracts ending on August 23, 2026.
The Suites will operate with its own distinct Brock Suites Residence Agreement. Visit our website for more information.

Brock Suites will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Students wishing to live together in a unit must submit their own application. If students wish to share a unit, they must indicate on their application the names of the other students with whom they wish to live. We recommend you submit your applications at the same time. We will match students as best as possible on the preferences in their application. Students may also apply on their own.
There are accessible suites in Gateway. Please indicate any accessibility needs on your application. The application fee of $500 for Brock Suites will be taken off the final monthly payment for your contract term.

Fees are due and payable on a monthly basis. Fees will be charged to your Brock student account the month prior to the due date. For example, September fees will be charged at the beginning of August. For students who wish to extend their contracts by 4 months, they will pay a reduced rate in the extension of their contracts as listed below.

The average monthly rate for Quarry View is $947 and the average monthly rate for Gateway is $994. Average rates are calculated by combining the 8 month Fall/Winter rate with the 4 month promotional Spring/Summer rate and divided by 12 months.

Students who cancel their application to Brock Suites are subject to the schedule below. Cancellation Requests, must be submitted online to this webform. Please include your full name, student number and the reason for cancellation. An email notification confirming the cancellation will be sent to the Brock student Outlook email account once processed.
Brock Suites Waitlist: If you are on the waitlist, your $600 application fee is refundable if we are unable to offer you a room or if you cancel your application before we offer you a room. If you cancel after receiving a room offer, whether you accept the room or not, your $600 is non-refundable.

A student is not considered to be checked out until they have returned their keys, the zippered mattress cover and signed their keycard with Housing Services.

- Go to my.brocku.ca. (It is essential that your browser is set to enable pop-ups/cookies).
- Login using your Brock username and password.
- Click the “Applicant and Student Self Serve” tab.
- Click “Apply for Residence” at the bottom right of the page.
- Select “Request an Early Withdrawal.”
