Employee parking permit sales begin July 14

Brock faculty and staff can begin purchasing their 2026-27 academic year parking permits on Tuesday, July 14 at 10 a.m. through the Parking Services self-service portal.

Employees wishing to pay for their permit through payroll deduction must complete their purchase by Friday, Sept. 11 at 4 p.m.

Faculty and staff should keep the following information in mind when selecting a parking option:

  • A valid parking permit or paid parking session is required in all campus lots year-round, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Annual permits include complimentary parking access in the designated lot during the Spring/Summer Term.
  • Choosing an annual permit can result in savings of 15 to 21 per cent compared to purchasing parking monthly throughout the academic year. Annual permits are recommended for those who expect to park on campus three or more days per week on average.
  • Parking permits for some lots sell out quickly, so faculty and staff are encouraged to purchase early to secure a spot in their preferred location.

Permits for students not living on campus will go on sale Tuesday, July 28 at 10 a.m. and permits for students living in residence will be available Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 10 a.m.

To learn more about parking permits and available parking options, visit the Parking Services website or review the Parking Services FAQs. Parking Services staff are available to answer questions via email at [email protected] or at the Parking Services desk inside the Campus Store.
