With the start of the Fall Term just a few days away, the Parking Services team is reminding the Brock community of several parking changes on campus.

• Paid parking is required in all lots Monday to Friday 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. starting Tuesday, Sept. 5. Learn more about updates to parking rules and regulations on the Parking Services website.
• Parking permits can be purchased online. The implementation of new license plate recognition technology has replaced physical parking pass tags and licence plates must be registered.
• Hourly, daily and five-pack options are available for paid parking lots and spaces through HONK mobile. Monthly parking options are also available in Lot 1 and Lot 2. Watch the below video to learn how to use the HONK app. Drivers are encouraged to download the app before coming to campus.
• New wayfinding signage and refreshed paid parking lot and space signage has been installed.
• Permit lots previously named Zone 1, 2, 3, 4 are now known as Lot 1, 2, 3, 4.

The main Parking Services office is located in the Campus Store and open Monday to Friday 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., including during Labour Day weekend. A new Parking Guest Services desk will be located in the Rankin Family Pavilion, alongside Campus Safety Services, as of Tuesday, Sept. 5. The desk will be open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for customer and guest support.

To support a new academic year, Parking Ambassadors will be monitoring lots and assisting customers with questions during the first week of classes. Information slips will also be distributed to educate on payment options.
