Four Points by Sheraton Suites Starting at $169 CAD (approximately $135 USD) per night, plus taxes.  The conference rate is available for stays between June 14-21, 2022. A 2-night minimum is required.

Note: These are suite-style rooms, with a bedroom + lounge area with a sofa-bed.

Brock University Residence 8  $55 CAD (approximately $42 USD) per guest, per night, plus taxes.

Residence 8, Brock’s newest residence offers up to a maximum of 308 single air-conditioned guestrooms, furnished with 1 single bed, desk, dresser, and wardrobe. One 3-piece washroom is accessible from each of two adjoining single bedrooms. An elevator is in the residence lobby for convenient access to all floors. Parking and Wi-Fi is complementary for all guests using overnight accommodations. The above rate does not include regular housekeeping. Bed linen, towels, soap and a face cloth will be provided for all guests. Guests must bring their own shampoo.

Accommodations in Niagara Falls:

There are hundreds of options to choose from in Niagara Falls, at all price points, through your favourite hotel booking sites.  These are only suitable for delegates who are willing to drive/taxi/Uber to campus.  The drive is approximately 15-20 minutes.

Accommodations in Niagara-on-the-Lake:

For those who want to experience the old British-Canada, the quaint historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake features a wide range of Bed-and-Breakfast and Boutique Hotel options. Niagara-on-the-Lake is also home to the Shaw Theatre Festival (book tickets to performances early), and is located in the heart of Niagara Wine Country.  Prices are usually quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless visiting through a US booking site, which sometimes convert to USD.  This should be noted next to the prices.

These options are only suitable for delegates who are willing to drive/taxi/Uber to campus.  The drive is approximately 30 minutes.

Accommodations in St. Catharines:

While there are many other accommodation options in St. Catharines (all within a 10-15 drive from campus), they require transportation.  Saturday buses run on a more limited schedule, so plan accordingly, or consider a taxi/Uber
