Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are 20 minutes with five minutes for Q&A, followed by a five-minute transition.

Presenters are responsible for supplying a laptop or similar device, with the ability to connect to HDMI and/or VGA (please bring an adapter if your device does not connect directly via HDMI or VGA).

Poster Presentations

Posters will be displayed on 4 feet H x 4 feet W boards on steel frames. We will provide pins so that you may attach your posters to the boards.

Teaching Tip Presentations

Teaching tip presentations are seven minutes long and will be presented in Round Robin format. Presenters will be seated at a table, and visitors will join the table for the duration of the presentation. Every seven minutes, a bell will ring and the audience will move on to another presentation during a one-minute transition period.

The Teaching Tips session will be divided into two parts, with one half of the presentations in each part.
