Brock University and HOPA Ports (the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority) are joining forces to provide new educational opportunities for students while also strengthening the future of Niagara’s economy.
The two organizations will formalize their partnership by introducing a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during a virtual event on Friday, Jan. 22 at 9:30 a.m.
Offering port and marine assets on the Great Lakes, HOPA Ports develops multimodal spaces to support Ontario’s industries, facilitate trade and build prosperous working waterfronts.
HOPA Ports recently announced an expansion into Niagara, with plans to showcase the region’s prime access to road, water and rail transportation.
Leaders from Brock and HOPA Ports will discuss the collaboration and its benefits not only for both organizations, but also for the local community during the online event.
