Brock University and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 4207-4, which represents Clinical Nursing Instructors, reached a tentative agreement on Tuesday, March 24, with the assistance of a conciliator.

The agreement remains subject to ratification by both the union membership and Brock’s Board of Trustees. Further updates will be provided once the ratification process is complete.
