Tentative agreements with CUPE 4207-2 and CUPE 1295-02 ratified

Brock University and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4207-2 (CUPE 4207-2) reached a tentative agreement on May 8, 2025.   On June 4, the agreement was ratified by Brock’s Board of Trustees.  Previously, CUPE 4207-2 ratified the agreement on May 12.  CUPE 4207-2 represents English as a Subsequent Language (ESL) Co-ordinators for ESL Services.  The three-year agreement will be in effect from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.  A draft of the new collective agreement will be available soon on the University’s website.

Brock University and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 1295-02 (CUPE 1295-02) reached a tentative agreement on May 12 , 2025.  On June 4, the agreement was ratified by Brock’s Board of Trustees.  Previously, CUPE 1295-02 ratified the agreement on May 28, 2025.  CUPE 1295-02 represents student employees who hold groundskeeper and custodial residence positions.  The three-year agreement will be in effect from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2028.  A copy of the collective agreement will be available soon on the University’s website.
