Residence Life

All residences have Residence Life Staff (RLS), who are a network of upper year mentors that live in our residence community.  They are responsible for fostering a supportive living environment that embraces diversity, mutual respect, and encourages good citizenship.

Engaging in the events, programs, and opportunities that Residence Life Staff provide allows students to develop resilience, independence, emotional intelligence, and life skills that will be used throughout their Brock experience and beyond.

Living and Learning Communities

Housing Services offers both Lifestyle and Living Learning Communities (LLCs) for students living in residence.  Students in a Lifestyle Community request a substance-free or cannabis-free area to live. A Living Learning Community (LLC) is the integration of students who share similar interests, such as an academic subject or non-academic area of interest, into a residence community with programming and support from various areas within the institution.

To learn more about the Lifestyle and Living Learning Communities that are offered for the 2023-2024 Academic Term, please visit the LLC page on the Housing Services website.
