Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a challenge, or simply looking for someone to talk to, Mental Health and Wellness Services are here to support you. Students can access a wide range of supports, including but not limited to workshops, system navigation, group counselling, 1:1 psychotherapy, and Open Door
Single Session Counselling services.
Appointments are available both in person, and virtually. To help determine which support service may be right for you, please complete the online assessment tool. You will be contacted by a triage clinician to assess your needs.
In-person or virtual appointments for urgent mental health matters are also available on a first-come, first-serviced basis. Appointments can be booked online to secure a spot.
If there are no available appointments, please contact [email protected] or call extension 5442. If you are in crisis, please see other resources here. Physician appointments are available at Harrison Hall and DrugSmart Pharmacy. If you’d like to see a physician about your mental health, you can email [email protected].
