Indigenous Students

The Hadiya’dagénhahs First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Student Centre is a welcoming space that provides cultural, social, and academic supports for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis students. The Centre is committed to supporting students in maintaining and enhancing their cultural identity within an academic setting while fostering a safe and supportive environment throughout their learning journey. It encourages student engagement through cultural workshops and events held throughout the year and connects students with additional campus and community resources when needed. Services include learning resources and access to tutoring, job opportunities, access to the teaching lodge and fire pit, traditional medicines and smudging, and scholarships, awards, and bursaries.
