Family and friends of the late Chuck Page, longtime and eldest member of the Brock Functional Inclusive Training (Bfit) Centre, gathered Friday, Sept. 22 for a dedication event in his memory. Page’s family recently made a financial contribution to the centre on his behalf in gratitude for the physical and social benefits he experienced participating in Bfit’s programming for more than 15 years. In celebration of Page's 100th birthday, Bfit staff named him an honorary lifetime member of the centre. Before passing away last year at the age of 102. Page regularly participated in Bfit's exercise programs that focus on helping individuals 55 years of age and older improve balance, strength and endurance.
