Gallery: An uplifting start to Pride Month

Members of the Brock and Niagara communities gathered in front of the Schmon Tower to raise the University’s Pride flag on Thursday, June 4.

The annual ceremony aims to celebrate and support 2SLGBTQIA+ communities on campus and beyond. Also taking place on June 4 was the fourth annual Speaking with Pride event, which offers a full day of professional development for 2SLGBTQIA+ community members and allies.

Brock’s Pride Month events continue with a Mobilizing Queer a Social Justice Research seminar on Thursday, June 11, a Queer Collage Drop-In on Tuesday, June 16 and a Queer Inclusive Pedagogies workshop on Tuesday, June 23.
